When someone hits "Get _____", there should be a feature where the recipient can decline with a message, like saying "In a meeting now", "Busy" or whatever

You now have the ability to 'Decline' a 'Get' Request. When someone requests to 'Get' you, a notification will pop up at the top right in the Teamflow environment. You can either choose to 'Go' or 'Decline'
